Stone-ground slowly. Milled only after you order.
Our atta is ground on a traditional stone chakki that turns at low RPM. This slow grinding keeps the flour cool, at about 40°C, while a regular high-speed chakki heats it to 80–90°C. The wheat comes straight from Omkar ji's farm, and we mill it only after you order, so it reaches you fresh.
Order fresh attaWe spend on the farmer and the grain, not on the packet.
Our atta comes in plain, sturdy B2B packing: clean, food-safe and well sealed, but not fancy. That's a choice. Instead of paying for printed boxes and glossy bags, more of your money goes to the farmer who grew the wheat, and into the quality of what you eat.
Fresh, from our chakki to your kitchen.

Why stone-ground, made-to-order atta?
More nutrients stay in
At about 40°C, heat-sensitive vitamins like Vitamin E and B vitamins are better protected than in fast, hot grinding.
Natural oils stay fresh
The wheat germ isn't overheated, so its natural oils and fresh aroma stay intact.
True whole wheat
Bran and germ stay in the flour, for more fibre and a wholesome taste.
Softer, tastier rotis
Cool, stone-ground atta absorbs water well, so rotis stay soft and taste better.
Never stored, no preservatives
No warehouse, no shelf-life additives. Milled fresh only for your order.
Traditional, slow and honest
The same slow stone grinding Indian homes trusted for generations.
Good to know: fresh atta has no preservatives. Store it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for the best taste.
