Sonamoti, meaning “golden pearl”, is a heritage Indian wheat with small, round, pearl-like grains. It’s traditionally valued as an ancient grain for its nutrition and taste.

• Naturally lower in gluten than modern wheat, so many people find it easier to digest

How to use: Grind into atta for rotis, parathas and puris, or use in dalia, khichdi and baking.
