We grade every grain by how its soil was cared for. Each step up means richer soil, more nutrients in the grain and more of the farmer's work, so the price rises a little with each step.

Why it's worth the wait
Every grain you just saw is cleaned and packed by our farmers themselves, at their farm, and our atta is stone-milled there only after you order. It comes straight from them to your door, with no middlemen in between. It takes a few more days. We think your food is worth it.
Of every ₹100 of product price, ₹90 goes to the farmer who grew, cleaned and packed it.
No warehouse stock. Our farmers stone-mill it slowly, so nutrients and flavour stay in.

Our roots
A grain spends months drawing everything it has from the earth. Rich, living soil gives it nutrients and real flavour. Tired soil can't.
Our farmers taught us this, the way their parents taught them. Through Bhumi Upchaar we help them heal their soil, then grade every grain by it: Pure Earth, Living Earth, Mineral Earth.
They clean and pack it at their own farm, and we bring it straight to you.
